Who we are

What we collect about you

Your email address, the trades and ZIP codes you choose, your language, and whether you want our emails.

If you subscribe to Pro: your subscription status and Stripe customer number. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.

Which emails we sent you and which leads they contained, and basic usage events (for example, that you opened a lead or upgraded), to run and improve the service.

Anonymous page-visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics), with no cookies and no tracking across other websites.

What we never collect

We do not collect or show homeowners' phone numbers or email addresses.

Permit data

Leads come from the City of Miami's public building permit records (open data, CC BY 4.0). Public pages show street names only, without house numbers.

Who helps us run the service

Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting and visit statistics), Resend (sending email), Stripe (payments), GitHub (running the daily job). They process data only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

Emails

We send the lead emails you asked for and messages about your account. Every email has a one-tap unsubscribe link; you can also turn emails off in Settings.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. To delete your account and data, email us; we'll do it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example, payment records).

Your choices

You can see and change your settings at any time, unsubscribe from emails, cancel Pro, and ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
