Terms of service

DRAFT for lawyer review. Not yet final.

Last updated: November 1, 2026

The service

Permit Leads is provided by [Legal business name: to be added] ("we"). It finds City of Miami building permits that may lead to work for your trade and sends them to you by email and in your dashboard.

Plans

Free (Market Pulse): $0, no card. One trade and up to 2 ZIP codes; one full sample email, then your 3 strongest opportunities each week, with basic details.

Pro: $99 per month, billed monthly in advance by Stripe until you cancel. One trade and up to 3 ZIP codes; every matching opportunity every morning, with full details, 30-day history and CSV download.

We may change prices or plan features with at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes apply from your next billing period.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time from Account → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; then your account returns to Free. We don't refund partial months, except under the guarantee below.

Pro guarantee

If you don't get a job from a lead on your list within 30 days of your first Pro payment, email us within that 30-day period and we'll refund that payment in full.

About the data

Leads come from public City of Miami records, which can be incomplete, late or wrong. Our trade tags and odds are estimates based on past permits, not promises that any job will happen. We don't guarantee any amount of work or income.

Each lead links to the official City record; check it before acting.

How you may use it

Use the leads for your own business. Don't resell or republish them in bulk, share your account, or try to access other users' data or our systems in ways we don't offer.

Contact property owners and builders lawfully and respectfully, including telemarketing and do-not-call rules.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to your email account, since that's how you sign in. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes go to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
